Mobile Telephone Number Codes for India
Mobile Telephone Numbering System
Indian Mobile numbers have 10 digits with AB-XYZ-OOOOO format where AB- the access code, XYZ- MSC Code and OOOOO is the subscriber number. First five digits are allotted time to time by DoT to all mobile operators. Generally a set of 10 MSC codes are allotted to a mobile operator hence first four digits of the mobile number become sufficient to identify the mobile operator and circle. Sometime first 5 and last 5 MSC codes are allotted to different circles. So with the help of this table you can find out Mobile Operator and Circle of Mobile Number.
DoT has started allotting ten MSC Codes in different series from June 2011. Same series is being used for Landline as STD Code. So now it has become very difficult to update this sheet with 4 digits code. So please download the updated mobile codes sheet for the latest information.

Introduction
I am in the market for a new cell phone and have been taking a look at the differences between the Android cellular phone and the Blackberry cellular phone and the differences in the operating systems they work on. Although the two cell phones work on two very different operating systems, they have a lot of features that are alike though not compatible between the phones. One offers a lot larger physical variety of handsets which is great for a wide range of different age groups compared to the other that does not offer as many handsets and is more of a business oriented phone.
The OS system that the Droid works on is a Windows based operating system that was produced by Google and is geared towards people that want a phone for entertainment and games but can still handle light duty business functions much like the iPhone. The Blackberry works on its own Blackberry system that goes by the name RIM and is the complete opposite of the Droid phone. The Blackberry phone is geared more towards the business community with exceptional security features but is not as entertainment friendly as the Droid or iPhone.
The service area availability for the Droid is offered by all of the major carriers nationwide and they work on both of the 3G and 4G networks. The 3G network is an older network which is the network that 90% of the phones that are currently in service are using, the new 4G network has been out for around nine months and runs at up to 10x faster than the 3G network. The Blackberry is also offered by all of the major carriers nationwide but at this time is only offered on the 3G network.
The variety of handsets that the Droid offers has up to three times as many handsets available throughout its different carriers depending on what it is that you’re looking for within a handset.

William H. Gates, III, shall ultimately be remembered as the most significant person of his generation. It may not be for the reasons you think.
Bill Gates is eligible for consideration by virtue of founding Microsoft (I own a few shares), which despite certain rivals’ success, remains a significant player in the technology arena, nearly forty years after its founding in 1975 regardless of the wreckage all around it.
Many would leap to the conclusion that Gates will one day be recognized as the most important person of his generation because for fourteen out of the fifteen years from 1995 to 2009 he was the richest person in the world.
Such achievements, however, will likely seem small in the scope of history. One day, Microsoft may not be the significant company it is today; the fall of great companies is so nearly axiomatic that those rare exceptions to the rule become the subject of Harvard case studies. Certainly, there will come a day when many fortunes dwarf the Gates fortune, making the accumulation of his wealth seem smaller and less meaningful.
So from what do I draw my conclusion that Bill Gates will ultimately be remembered as the most significant person of his generation? Philanthropy. Social entrepreneurship. Philanthrocapitalism.

Gates is famous for asking other billionaires to commit to giving away half their fortunes, reportedly inspired by Melinda’s reading The Power of Half by Kevin Salwen and his 14-year old daughter Hannah in 2010, about selling their home, giving half the proceeds to charity, and buying one half the size for their family. Bill and Melinda have committed to giving 95% of their fortune to charity over time; that is an astounding measure of generosity.
Of course, Gates can afford to give away 95% of their fortune and still make the Forbes 400 list each year, but everything in my experience suggests that it would be just as hard to give away 95% of $60 billion as it would be to give away 95% of $6 million. The loss of that personal fortune changes substantially who you are.
Now, for a moment, consider the scale of the Gateses’ philanthropy. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation through which their philanthropy flows is, according to Wikipedia, the largest “transparently operated private foundation in the world.” Since inception, the Foundation has made grants of over $26 billion, including $15 billion in global health alone.
A significant contribution to the Foundation was made by Warren Buffet in 2006, but most of the money in the Foundation has been provided by the Gateses.

The annual giving of just the Global Health program of the Foundation is about $800 million and approaches the scale of the United Nations World Health Organization. The Finnish device maker recently posted a job ad on LinkedIn seeking a Linux (android ) expert to work in a "start-up environment." The phrases "exciting new products" and "mobile phone technology" were also used.
The posting, suspiciously made inactive and inaccessible as of midday Friday, was titled "Principal Software Engineer, Embedded Linux Middleware."
Linux is the underlying structure of Android, leading to speculation that by saying the former, Nokia was really asking for something a little more android.

Preserve BaseBand & Update To ios 5.1.1
Step 1: After downloading the required Redsnow and iOS 5.1.1 firmware put them into a folder that can be easily identify later.
Step 2: Extract Redsnow by double clicking on Redsnow icon then launch it.
Step 3: After launching Redsnow you will be informed by the screen below then select Extras button from the main menu.
Step 4: Click on Custom IPSW from Extras menu
Step 5: Select your iOS 5.1.1 firmware from your computer and click Open.
Step 6: Now RedSn0w will customize your IPSW file.
Step 7: Once your IPSW has been created RedSn0w will inform you by the message below then Click the OK button.
Step 8: Click Pwned DFU from the Extras menu as you see on the screen below.
Step 9: Turn your device off and connect it to the computer via USB Then click the Next button to continue.
Setp 10: Now you have to put your device in DFU mode by following the steps below as you will see on the screen.
How to Put iPhone in DFU Mode.
Hold down power button and home button both at the same time for 10 seconds.
After the 10 seconds release the power button and still pressing on the home button for another 10 seconds.
Step 11: Your device will now be exploited with LimeRa1n.
Step 12: Once its done you will be in Pwned DFU mode.
Step 13: Now Launch iTunes by clicking on it’s icon then select your device from the list on the left, then hold down the Option key and click Restore.
Step 15: Then Select the NO_BB custom IPSW from the folder you saved in and click Open.
Step 16: Your iPhone will now be upgraded to iOS 5.1.1 with preserved Old baseband, and You are done.
Now you can wait for the Upcoming Absinthe 2.0 to Jailbreak your iPhone and to be able to Unlock it with Ultrasn0w or Gevey Ultra S.

原理是利用SAM可以更改ICCID以及IMEI 配合APPLE的ICCID漏洞进行解锁，支持重启，热拔 。
1，首先 需要IPHONE要激活，越狱。用原卡或者红雪都可以。安装SAM 我用的源是：repo.bingner.com，安装后，关机，插入所用的移动、联通、电信卡（不需要卡贴）；这里忘记说了，中国超雪，极学，还有ultrasn0w我都是卸载下去了。
2、接着，打开“设置”-“SAM”-“Utilities”（高级）,点击“Revert Lockdownd to Stock”（将设备设置为未激活状态）（或者De-Activate）,OK后，返回SAM菜单，查看“More Information”,看看“Activation State”是不是回到了“Unactivated”（未激活）。
3,SAM的作者Sam Bingner 大神 更新一版SAM 大大减少了操作流程， 新版的SAM中 在SAM菜单中有一项Hacktivate，打开Hacktivate,看看Enabled是否打开了，如果没打开，请开启，然后, 点击Method,选择By Bundle Name(运营商和其ID名字)，找到你自己手机的运营商，不知道的，自己通过自己的本机信息去查询!~ 返回菜单，下面多出了两个选项，Bundle，SIM ID。举个例子，韩版KT的，Bundle就选择KTF_kr,SIM ID 默认第一个；美版 BUNDLE 选ATT-US ，SIM ID默认第一个（一般不用改） ，就可以链接itunes激活，然后进行下面的第6步骤。
重点在这里 SAM中有一些运营商的IMSI是有问题的，需要自己填写的锋友请在Method选择Manual，然后回到SAM菜单手动填写查到的IMSI，就可以链接itunes激活，然后进行下面的第6步骤。

在电脑上用itools删除手机上/var/root/Library/Lockdown下的三个文件和三个文件夹（抱歉抱歉）, （PS：刚才又实验了一次，不删除也可以。不删可以较少风险）不需要重启, 然后连接itunes（升级到最新版） 激活 ，这一步相当于其他帖子中的 制作一个引导卡的过程。
6、激活之后检查一下，在itunes上你的手机里面的 电话号码一项 点击两次，切换到ICCID一行 看看这个值 是否于 SAM软件 More Information里面Details 中的ICCID是否一样，一样就成功，不一样就需要重新来123456。
7，关闭itunes，断开USB 删除C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Apple下的LOCKDOWN（PS：刚才又实验了一次，不删除也可以,锋友已经确认 不删也可以），手机里面去cydia卸载到SAM ，SAM不需要删除，只需要将SAM菜单中的Enabled选项关闭即可。然后重启 重新连接itunes ，成功的话 就会再次让你激活 关掉它,关掉ituns再重新打开.手机再次激活过一会手机就有信号了。

Q: How much time did you spend developing this method?
Previously I used SAM to fix push typical notifications issues, that’s when I noticed that there seems to be a vulnerability with the iPhone’s ICCID.
Many people thought it was me who discovered this exploit, but actually it’s not. This exploit has been around for quite a while now but nobody would have thought Apple would (carelessly) come up with an exploit like this.
(THE CABAL KNEW THEY JUST IGNORED IT ) When I found out the potential use of this exploit, I spent one whole afternoon to develop the steps.
If I didn’t come up with this method that day, I believe sooner or later someone would have done the same thing. There are other people who are smarter than me.
Q: Is this unlock permanent?
At this point it’s a permanent unlock tied to a SIM card. This method basically tricks Apple’s activation loophole and it’s not the same as Apple’s official factory unlock/activation. The iPhone is still considered locked in real sense.
Q: Can this method be added as a source in Cydia?
I’ve never written or developed any iOS apps before, but I know China based hackers called ChinaSnow has started writing a program and will make it available very soon. Their Cydia source is ultra.chinasnow.net.
Q: Is it true that Applenberry is using the same method to unlock baseband 4.11.08 and 4.12.01 with their newly released Gevey SIM?
This I’m not too sure. If they’re using the same exploit, once this is patched (by Apple), Gevey Ultra will be rendered useless. I’m hoping that they’ve already found a bug with the baseband so that if Apple patches the ICCID exploit, everyone can still continue using the SIM interposers.

The baseband 4.11.08 has being unlocked by an unknown Chinese hacker so they said , now it is time some body start talking its time somebody start snitching , I bring to you the truth behind the baseband unlock .
The iPhone gave nobody hard time to unlock the iPhone unlock is deliberately delayed by the cabal or i say it is only kept secret. think twice jailbreaks are coming every day every second and why not unlocks , of whose's interest is it for the iphone baseband 4.11.08 to remain lock ,Why is SAM unlock for a single SIM , why a bb tickets suddenly so important ,why are unlock's now hardware ????? who will benefit from it sudden unlock after a long time of waiting ..................
